The 2010 FIFA World Cup Winner Spain National Team will appear in the sixteenth World Cup event since its first appearance in 1934. They have qualified for every World Cup since 1978. Spain has won UEFA European Championship thrice.

Spain earned their spot for the 2022 FIFA World Cup as they finished top of qualifying Group B, four points ahead of their closest challengers, Sweden. They have a good team and will be eying for the event's biggest prize, The World Cup title. Spain is one of only eight countries that ever won the FIFA World Cup.

Spain is drawn into Group E and other European Giants Germany and Asian giant Japan. It will be one of the toughest groups in the league matches.

Luis Enrique is the head coach of the Spain National Team. He was appointed the head coach in 2018 and took some time off, and then returned in 2019. Enrique has led them to the semi-finals of Euro 2020 and second place in the 2020–21 Nations League. Sergio Busquets will be leading the team as their captain for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
