The England National Team represents England in the international football competitions, which is handled by The Football Association. It is one of the two oldest football playing nations. Wembley Stadium in London is their home ground.

England has played 14 World Cup editions previously and is also the Champions of 1966 World Cup. Besides, they have once secured fourth place in 1990 World Cup. They could not even pass the group stage in the last FIFA world cup 2014. In their 9 appearances in the European Championships, they have not yet managed to win any of them.
