Serbia has already booked its ticket to fly to the 2022 FIFA World Cup held from November 21 to December 18. Serbia did not have an easy way to the world cup as they had to win their last game against European giant Portugal in the qualifier round.

Serbian president had promised the players to give €1 Million each player if they won against Portugal. They were part of the 2018 FIFA World Cup held in Russia but could not move past the group stage. This will be the eleventh time Serbia playing in the World Cup.

Serbia will start their World Cup campaign with a match against Brazil on November 25, 2022. It is drawn into Group G along with Brazil, Cameroon and Switzerland. It will be a tough time for the Serbian team to make it into the round of 16.

Dragon Stojkovic is the head coach of the Serbian National team and has been working since 2021. Dusan Tadic will be leading the Serbian National Team and has been part of the team since 2008.
