Sweden announces 23-man provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup Soccer

The Sweden national football team has announced their provisional 23-man squad for 2018 FIFA World Cup. Sweden enters the 2018 World Cup with expectations that aren't as high and a squad that lacks real quality in the final third.

It is the 12th time that Sweden national football team to be performing in the FIFA World Cup and were the runner-up in 1958. Without Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the team is predicted to be one of the lowest sides in their group, Sweden will face Germany, Mexico, and South-Korea in Group F.
