Milan Badelj is a professional Croatian football player who plays a midfielder for Croatia national team and is the captain of Italian professional football club, Fiorentina.
He has also played for Croatian football clubs such as Dinamo Zagreb and Lokomotiva as well as German football club, Hamburger SV. Milan has also played for Croatia in their youth teams and made his senior debut for Croatia in 2010.
Milan Badeji was born on 25 February 1989 in Zagreb, SFR Yugoslavia. He is of Croatian nationality.
He was interested in playing football since his early childhood days and played at the junior teams of Croatian clubs such as Ponikve, NK Zagreb, and Dinamo Zagreb.
