Lachlan David Morton is an Australian professional road cyclist. Currently, he rides for UCI WorldTeam EF Education-Nippo. Early, he rode with Garmin–Sharp, Jelly Belly–Maxxis, and Team Dimension Data.
Lachlan was born on 2 January 1992 in Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia. Lachlan was raised in Port Macquarie and was determined towards his career since his childhood. Lachlan cycled with his brother Angus Morton.
Lachlan's successful years in the 2016 stage, Team Dimension Data confirmed Lachan to join them and was named the start list for 2017 Vuelta an Espana and start list for the 2020 Giro d Italia.
Lachlan has participated in several ultra-distance cycling with his brother Angus Morton. Lachlan clutched the first position in the 2019 GBDuro challenge and set a new world record in that year.
