Paul Daley’s  Career

The British MMA fighter began his MMA professional debut in the MMA promotion, Cage Rage in 2003 and was victorious against Jess Liaudin.

He later had a bout against Abdul Mohamed for the Cage Warriors Welterweight Championship that ended in a draw.

After the contest, he faced off against Paul Jenkins at Cage Rage 11 for Cage Rage British Welterweight Championship.

He won the match and the tile and successfully defended his title against Duane Ludwig in Strikeforce and won the Cage Rage World Welterweight Championship against Mark Weir at Cage event, Cage Rage 23 via knockout in the second round.

Paul later joined UFC and later on went to compete for several MMA promotion. He is currently fighting for American MMA promotion, Bellator MMA in the summer of 2014.

He was scheduled to take on Douglas Lima for  Bellator Welterweight Championship at Bellator event, Bellator 134 but took on replacement fighter, Andre Santos on 27 February 2015.

Paul won the bout via unanimous decision and later faced Rory MacDonald in the promotion main event in, Bellator 179 on 19 May 2017 and lost via chokehold in the second round.

On May 12, 2018, He lost to John Filtch at Bellator 199
