Milivojevic began his career as a member of his hometown club, Radnicki 1923. Later, he left the club after scoring two goals in 17 appearances.

On July 1, 2008, Milivojevic was transferred to Rad on a free transfer. For the club, he played 49 games and scored 3 goals.

Milivojevic moved to Red Star on January 1, 2012, for €708K. On November 17, 2012, he scored an impressive goal over Partizan. Before leaving the team, he played 36 games and scored seven goals.
