In his childhood, Ezenwa served as the altar boy in the Catholic Church. He officially stated that his late father did not want him to become a footballer. He grew up with his younger brother. His father was a former footballer.

Ikechukwu Ezenwa’s Career

Ikechukwu Ezenwa started his professional career with the Nigerian football club, Ocean Boys F.C. He played 56 games until 2008.

On September 1, 2008, Ezenwa was transferred to FC Heartland on a free transfer. For the club, he played 61 games before leaving the club in 2011.

On July 1, 2011, Ezenwa moved to Sharks F.C. while his market value was estimated at £45 thousand. Before ending his career in a team, he made 45 appearances until 2014.
