On 23rd of April 2016, Peralta made her amateur career debut at Absolute Action 46, where she faced Melissa Bartel. She won the fight via split decision in the round three.
Her next bout was against Sariah Wenger at True Revelation MMA 30. She won the fight via unanimous decision.
