To be exact, Giannis earned the annual salary of $22.47 million in 2017 season. And with his due contract, Giannis' annual salary for 2018 season is reported to be $24.15 million while carrying the cap hit and dead cap value of $24.15 million and $77.52 million respectively.
Collectively, only with his playing career, Giannis has earned over $31 million.

However, the deal amount of Giannis is not disclosed and estimation of $7 million to $10 million earnings per season from Nike is made; the same company made a lifetime deal worth $1 billion to LeBron James.
Talking about Giannis' house, he revealed that he loved to live in his house in Milwaukee, however, has not disclosed the purchase detail or worth of his house. Probably, it will be out soon.
