Alex Collins was a football player who played for the Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. He did well in college at the University of Arkansas and helped them win a bowl game. The accident occurred when Collins was riding his motorcycle, a 2004 Suzuki GSX-R600K, heading east.  When a Chevrolet Suburban SUV turned left to go south unfortunately resulting in a collision between the motorcycle and the SUV's back passenger side.

The impact was severe enough that Collins was propelled inside the SUV. Despite the efforts of responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Collins' untimely passing has left a void not only in the football world but also in the lives of his family and friends. Coaches and colleagues have shared their heartfelt condolences, remembering him as a beacon of positivity.

Both the Seahawks and Ravens organizations expressed their sympathies and support for his family. He is survived by his wife, two children, and parents, who undoubtedly hold cherished memories of their time with him. Alex Collins began his NFL journey as he was chosen by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, signing a four-year contract worth $2.2 million with a $184,000 bonus.
