Ramy began playing football in 2013 with the FNSW NTC youth set up. 

In 2016, he joined Western Sydney Wanderers. 

On 18th July 2017, Najjanne signed his first professional contract with Melbourne City, agreeing on a three-year scholarship deal with the club.

In Round 5 of the 2018-19 season, he debuted as a second-half substitute in City's 2–0 loss to Brisbane Roar. His first goal for Melbourne City came in late April in a 5-0 victory against Central Coast Mariners at AAMI Park. 

In 2020, he was loaned out to Newcastle Jets. He played overall 15 games for the Jets. 

On 30th June 2021, Najjarine joined the Western Sydney Wanderers. He has already played for their academy.
