The Sophomore missed the remaining matches of the season after a right foot injury on Jan 2020 which led the Vanderbilt to a major setback in the remaining matches of the season. Commodores coach Jerry Stackhouse said Nesmith will be non-weight-bearing on his right foot for the next six weeks, according to sources from CBS News
Jerry Stackhouse further added, "We don't anticipate him being a part of what we're doing any more this season."
