Pablo Aguilar got a ten-game suspension in the Copa Mx round-of-16 match against Tijuana on 18 December 2013 when he headbutted referee Fernando Hernandez. The referee’s association protested against the punishment and the ten-game suspension was changed to one year-long ban from any official football activity. He later appeals his ban to the Court of Arbitration for sport.
