Pablo Aguilar was born on April 2, 1987, in Luque, Paraguay to father Aquiles Aquilar, and mother Benicia Benitez. He holds a dual nationality, Paraguayan as well as Mexican citizenship.
Pablo Aguilar started his early career with Paraguayan Sports Club in 2004 and won the Paraguayan Primera Division in 2007. He was then transferred to Argentine Primera Division and he played for Colon de Santa Fe for one year in 2008.
