In 2011, Otis won the national title in Greco-Roman wrestling at the Junior Pan-American Games. Dozovic was considered a top prospect for the U.S. Greco-Roman wrestling team at the 2012 Summer Olympics. In 2014, He secured a bronze medal at the 2014 Pan-American Championships in 130 kg.
In 2015, Otis started training at the Mercury Pro Wrestling Academy and fought under the ring named Dozer. He won the NEW Charged Championship. In April 2016, Dozovic signed with WWE and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center. He made his debut in a tag team match with Adrian Jaoude. Dozovic played in the league until 2018 and made his debut in the main roster in January 2019 in the Raw. Otis had some ups and downs in the season. In 2020, Otis won the Money in the Bank title. He is yet to win a major title to his name.
