Oribe Peralta Morones or simply known as Oribe Peralta is a Mexican pro-footballer who plays as a striker for Mexican national team and Liga MX club, America.

 

He has played for Mexican professional football clubs such as Morelia, Leon, Monterrey, Chivas, Santos Laguna, and Chiapas. Peralta made his senior international debut for Mexico in 2005 and played at the Copa America, Summer Olympics, CONCACAF Gold Cup as well as FIFA Confederations Cup and FIFA World Cup.

He started his senior playing career with Morelia on 22 February 2003 and made his debut against Club America on 22 February 2003 and was later was transferred to Mexican football club, Leon in 2003. The Mexican striker was the part of the team that went on to win the Primera Divison A title in 2004.

He, later on, joined the Monterrey in 2004 and was transferred to Mexican football club, CD Guadalajara as the loan in 2005. Peralta was then transferred to Mexican football club, Santos Laguna and was transferred to Chiapas as part of a loan deal from Santos Laguna for 2009 season.

He is currently playing for his current club, America which he signed in 2014 and made his debut against Leon on 19 July 2014 and scored his first goal against Puebla on 2 August 2014.

Peralta was the part of the team that went on to win the Liga MX Apertura 2014 and CONCACAF Champions League in 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons.

He made his senior international debut for Mexico against Argentina played on 9 March 2005 and scored his first international goal against the United States in a friendly played on 10 August 2011.
