Marcelo and Benzema Speak about Real Madrid missing [the best in the world] Ronaldo Soccer

Cristiano Ronaldo left Real Madrid after 9 years to join the Italian Champions Juventus in July for €112 million (£101m/$130m) deal. With transfer window about to close for this summer, Los Blancos are yet to find the proper replacement of the 5 times Ballon d'Or.

Despite winning both openings games in a brilliant manner, Ronaldo's close friend and former Real teammate Marcelo admitted that the Spanish side miss playing with Ronaldo.

"[Ronaldo] is the best in the world. It's obvious that you miss playing with him but Bale and Benzema are really good, too."

Los Blancos' right-back Marcelo said.

However, Brazilian believes that the team seems confident with Bale and Benzema in the front.

Marcelo who played against Gerona on Saturday was later replaced by Nacho when the team was leading by 3-1. Team game ended with the 4-1 scoreline.

Benzema who scored two goals on Sunday night also supported Marcelo and said:

"You can never forget Cristiano. He was so important to Real Madrid and scored many goals, and as Marcelo said, is one of the best attackers in the world, but we have to start thinking about a different team with different players."

Bale, who is in top form this season also scored a goal for the team while the remaining one goal was by Sergio Ramos from the spot-kick.
