Mahmoud Al-Youssef was born on January 20, 1988, in Lattakia, Syria. The Syrian nationality holder, Mahmoud belongs to the Arabic ethnic background.
At the beginning of his career, Mahmoud Al-Youssef joined the youth team, Hutteen SC in 2001. After six years, he made his senior debut for the team in 2007. Further, Mahmoud AL-Youssef left the club in 2013 and joined the Al-Musannah in 2013.
