Lena officially signed with American famous MMA promotion, Bellator MMA in 2016. Interestingly, she was the first ever female flyweight to appear on the main card in the Bellator promotion. Lena defeated Karla Benitez and Helen Benitez but lost against Rebecca Ruth and Alejandra Lara in Bellator fights so far.
As of recent, Lena was scheduled to take on Denise Kielhoitz in the main event of Bellator 196 in Budapest Hungary that was supposed to take place on April 6, 2018. However, the bout was later canceled. Lena currently fights alongside Alejandra Lara, Bruna Ellen, and Ilima-Lei Macfarlane.
