Kadarius Toney is a well-established American football player. He played in the NCAA and SEC for the University of Florida Men's football team, Florida Gators. The New York Giants selected Florida receiver Kadarius Toney with the No. 20 overall picks in the 2021 NFL Draft. Toney plays as a wide receiver in the team. Kadarius is also a rapper who goes by the name of Yung Joka. 

Kadarius Toney was born on January 27, 1999, in Mobile, Alabama. He is among the seven children born to Angela Williams and her husband, Dana Toney.  His father is a Navy veteran and has a sister named Jillian Toney and two brothers who followed their fathers' footsteps into the military. Toney graduated from Mattie Thomas Blount High School and enrolled at the University of Florida. Toney stands six feet and weighs 88 kg(193 lb).

Kadarius was part of his High School American football team. He started playing as a quarterback and later played as a dual-threat quarterback for two years. Toney finished his junior year throwing for r 3604 yards while rushing for 896 and having 53 touchdowns (37 passing, 16 rushings). At the end of the season, He was named Alabama 6A second-team all-state selection, was selected to the AL.com Coastal Alabama first team. 

Toney threw 2984 yards for the senior year while rushing for 894 yards and having 47 touchdowns (32 passing, 15 rushings). Kadarious was named Alabama 6A Back of the Year, Offensive MVP of the 2016 AL.com All-Coastal Alabama team, and Alabama 6A Back of the Year. The player finished his high school career with a 20-5 record as a starter.

After graduating from High School, Numerous top universities approached him with athletic scholarships and committed to play for the University of Florida. Toney was a three-star recruit as a versatile athlete. He played eight games in his freshman year and was out of the late-season recovering from injury. Kadarius played in twelve games for the sophomore year and finished the season with 629 all-purpose yards as he totaled 25 receptions for 260 receiving yards and one touchdown, 21 rushes for 240 yards, six kickoff returns for 133 yards.

Toney played in twelve games in his junior year and finished the regular season ranked ninth in the SEC with an average of 122.8 all-purpose yards per game.
