Justin Champagnie was born Justin John Champagnie on June 29, 2001, in Staten Island, New York. He is among the three children born to Ranford Champagnie and his wife, Christina Champagnie. He has two brothers, Julian and Jaylen. His twin brother, Julian, is a sophomore on the St. John’s basketball team. His father played college soccer at St. John’s and helped the team to the 1996 National Championship and was also the head men’s soccer coach at Baruch College from 2004-2014. Justin graduated from Bishop Loughlin High School and then enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh. Justin stands six feet and six inches tall and weighs 91 kg (200 lb).
