Joel Malcolm Davis, also known by the name Joey Davis is an African-American mixed martial artist and a former amateur wrestler as well. A professional since 2016, he has also competed for Notre Dame College. On the other hand, he played football as a running back/receiver for his school team.
Joey Davis was born on December 29, 1993, in Compton, California, United States. He has two sisters.
Davis's father, Joey Davis, Sr., instilled in him the importance of having “plans Bs, and Cs, and Ds, and Es.” He is named after his dad slain civil rights leader, Malcolm X because he wants to be like Malcolm X was.
