Quinton Jackson was born as “Quinton Ramone “Rampage” Jackson on June 20, 1978, in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. He is American. His ethnicity is black. His star sign is Gemini.
Quinton Jackson had a difficult childhood; his life started with selling drugs and was involved in many street fights. He attended Egypt High School where he wrestled for his school team. Upon completing high school, he started amateur wrestling career at Lassen Community College in Susanville, California.

Quinton Jackson started his professional career with Pride Fighting Championships in 2001. On his debut fight, he competed against veteran Kazushi Sakuraba and lost the fight via submission in the first round. His first win comes against the Alexander Otsuka on October 14, 2001, at the event of Battle Arts: BattlArts vs. the World. After defeating Otsuka, he won several fights and championships.
In 2006, he landed his steps at UFC. He made his debut against Marvin Eastman at UFC 67 and won the fight via KO punches in the second round. Currently, he competes as a prominent fighter of Bellator MMA. He has an MMA records of 37 wins in 49 matches. His wins include sixteen by knockouts, seven by submissions and fourteen were by decisions.
As a wrestler, he showed his excellence in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) from 2013 to 2014.

Quinton Jackson currently resides in Irvine, California. He has four children named D’Angelo and Raja (from his previous relationship) and Elijah and Naname Nakia Jackson from his current wife Yuki. His wife separated from him in 2006 after a paternity test proved that he had a child, Raja with another woman. Quinton Jackson and his wife settled but have since divorced.
He also suffered from low testosterone and undergoes with replacement therapy. Apart from football, he loves to watch football. He is a supporter of Everton F.C.
