Fernandez co-hosted Access Hollywood on NBC from 1996 to 1999. After that, she co-hosted the show This Week in History on the History Channel. Later in October 2001, she rejoined KTLA. Again in August 2003, she left this position to pursue other projects of her like making a movie and writing children’s book.
