Brodus Clay worked as a bodyguard for Snoop Dogg before he professionally started his wrestling career. In 2006, he signed a contract with WWE and began his wrestling career. Furthermore, in 2007 he also fought at Florida Championship Wrestling. He continued his WWE journey by again signing a contract with WWE in 2010.
