Ndiaye stayed almost five years playing for Diambars. In between, he went to a trial with Bodo/Glimt and initially enjoyed a one-year loan spell, making his debut against Baerum in a 3-3 draw, in 2012.


In 2013, Ndiaye signed for Bodo/Glimt on a permanent basis. He played two seasons for the club, appearing in 73 matches and scored 25 goals.


On 5th August 2015, Ndiaye joined Osmanlispor, signing a deal for a reported transfer fee of $350,505. He remained two seasons with the club, representing in 59 games where he scored 17 goals.


On 4th August 2017, Ndiaye moved to league rivals Galatasaray, signing a four-year contract dear for a fee of $8.76 million. In his one season career with the club, he played overall 17 games and scored one goal.
