Ashkan Dejagah signed with Qatar professional football club, Al Arabi on 29 July 2014 and was awarded the player of the season of Al Arabi in 2015/16 for his outstanding performances for the club.
He then signed a six-month contract deal with his old club, VfL Wolfsburg on 30 January 2017 and played for the reserve side of Wolfsburg on 29 April 2017.
Dejagah made his official club debut for the main team against Eintracht Braunschweig on 25 May 2017.
