Paul and Paula share four children: Paul Teutal Jr., Dan Teutul, Michael Teutul, and Christin Teutul together, however, the identity and further details of their children have been kept under wraps.

His eldest son Paul Jr. was also a part of the series American Chopper since 2003, however, Paul Sr. fired him in 2008 after a cold relationship and conflicts.
