Wanderlei Silva is a well-known Brazilian and American mixed martial artist best known for his work on UFC in the Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, and Heavyweight division. Mr. Wanderlei Silva was born on July 3, 1976, in Curitiba, Brazil and was raised in Curitiba, Brazil.

 

He is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. He started professionally participating in MMA on November 1, 1996, and so far has appeared in 50 events with total 35 wins and 13 losses.
