Trinity Baptiste is an American professional basketball player. Indiana Fever picked her in the 2021 WNBA draft but was waived by the team before the start of the season. Currently, she is playing overseas.
Tampa, Florida native, Trinity Baptiste was born on June 15, 1998, under the star sign Gemini. She is one of eight children born to Debbie Lindo. She holds an American nationality and is of Afro-American ethnic background.
Baptiste started playing basketball with the guys at age 13. She said, “When I first stepped out, they’re like, ‘Oh, it’s a girl. We’re gonna go soft.’ Then I hit them with one move, and they feel how strong I am then they’re like, ‘Oh, no, we’ve got to play her like the rest of us,’”
Baptiste enrolled at Hillsborough High School where she played basketball for the school team. In 2016, she was named a McDonald's All-American.
Baptiste chose Northwest Florida State College for her collegiate basketball career. As a freshman, she played in 31 games and averaged 13 points per game on a 61% field goal percentage as well as averaged 8.3 rebounds.
For the sophomore season, she transferred to Virginia Tech, appearing in 64 games and starting 26 of them,. There she was named ACC Sixth Player of the Year in 2020 and was named to the ACC All-Academic Team. She recorded 12 double-doubles.
Following the 2020 season, she joined the University of Arizona as a graduate transfer. She played in all 27 games starting all of them. She averaged 26.4 minutes, 8.6 points, and 6.1 rebounds. Also, she led the team to an appearance in the championship game in the 2021 NCAA Division 1 Women's Basketball tournament.
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, she had an extra year which she decided to forgo her remaining eligibility and declared for the 2021 NBA Draft.
At the draft, she was picked by the Indiana Fever. However, she was waived by the team before the start of the season.

Aforementioned, Trinity was waived by Indiana before the start of the season. Hence, she has not signed any financial deal with the team which would benefit her monetarily.
Scrolling through her Instagram, she is now playing overseas signed to the Russian basketball tea, BC Dynamo Moscow of Moscow Basketball League. Neither the team nor Trinity has revealed her financial details. However, she is believed to be making nos less than the six-digit figure per annum.
