Peter Ankersen is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a defender in both Danish football club, FC Copenhagen and Danish National Football Team. He was in a team that won Danish Cup in 2012.
Peter is the twin brother of Jakob Ankersen who plays for IFK Göteborg. He started his professional career with Esbjerg fB in 2009 and has played for several Danish clubs like Vejle Boldklub, Rosenborg, and Red Bull Salzburg.
