On 2nd November 2018, he returns to CES MMA to fight against Keith Bell. He lost the bout via Disqualification (Punches to Back of Head). On 31st May 2019, at CES MMA 56 - Boyington vs. Dubuque he gained victory over Kevin Ray Sears. On 7th September 2019, he defeated Dirlei Broenstrup via TKO.
In 2020, Parker signed to the UFC, making his debut at UFC 252 - Miocic vs. Cormier 3, against Chris Daukaus. He lost the fight via TKO. On 28th November 2020, he defeated Josh Parisian at UFC on ESPN 18- Smith vs. Clark via unanimous decision.
