Early Life

Leander Dendoncker was born on April 15, 1995, in Passendale, Belgium. His father is Dirk Dendoncker; he grew up with his siblings, Lars and Andres Dendoncker.

Club Career

Dendoncker began his career with the youth team of FC Passendale in 2011. Further, he left the club after two years. Leander Dendoncker then transferred to Roeselare in 2003. He left the club after six years.

Anderlecht

Leander Dendoncker then joined the Anderlecht in 2009. After he was promoted from the youth club, he started playing in Belgian First Division A since 2013. Till the date, he has spent five seasons with the team. So far, he has scored 8 goals in 89 matches. Dendoncker is the member of the team that won Belgian Pro League (2016-2017).
