On 16th November 2017, he faced Denise Kielholtz at Bellator 188 – Lahat vs. Labiano. He lost the fight via submission due to scarf hold armlock.
On 18th May 2018, Middleton made his appearance at TFS – The Fight Series, where he faced Joselyne Edwards Laboriel. He lost the bout via TKO punches.
