Molina's next fight ended in a split decision loss against Nate Smith at Victory FC: Fight Night Coco Key. Molina then won his next four fights by knockout before defeating Chauncey Wilson through first-round submission at LFA 76. At FAC 2, Molina would choke out Kenny Porter and force a submission.
After a successful fight against Jacob Silva at Dana White's Contender Series 30 on August 25, 2020, Molina was offered a contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. On April 24, 2021, at UFC 261, he made his UFC debut, defeating Aori Qileng via unanimous decision and collecting the Fight of the Night bonus in the process.
On June 4, 2022, at UFC Fight Night: Rozenstruik vs. Sakai, he fought Daniel Lacerda and won via second-round knockout.
