Previously, Isoc earned the annual salary of $4.18 million in his 5-year contract with the Real Madrid, signed in 2013.  Likewise, his income also includes the transfer fee of $35.24 million and other incentives.

Presently, not only his salary has increased, but Madrid has made a clever decision to rise Isco's buyout clause to $822.24 million from $176.19 million to prevent the loss of the skillful player, unlike their rival Barcelona that lost Neymar Jr.

Having initially played for Atlético Benamiel as a child alongside his teammate Charlie I'Anson, Isco joined the Valencia Youth Team in 2006. Soon the product of Valencia CF's youth system made an impressive progress and scored 16 goals in La Liga for Valencia's B team from the 2009 to 2011 season. 

In the mid of July in 2011, Isoc got an offer from Malaga and signed a 5-year contract with the team for a  reported transfer fee of $7.24 million. Though his salary from the club is not disclosed, Malaga immediately activated his buyout clause to $7.05 million.

After Isco ended speculation regarding his future by signing a new contract with Malaga on January 28, 2013, his buy out clause was set out to be $41.12 million.

Sadly, Isco has not opened up about his house, but he reportedly lives in his undisclosed mansion with his girlfriend Sara Salamo and his son Francisco Alarcón Calderón from his previous relationship with Victoria Alarcon.

Career Achievements of Isco

While with Valencia's B team for 3 seasons till 2010, Isco made his La Liga debut on November 14, 2010, in a 2–0 home win against Getafe CF.  Then, following a season in Valencia's senior team, he was transferred to Malaga in 2011.

Isco scored 14 goals playing 2 seasons in Malaga and made his first UEFA Champions League appearance while in the team. Then in 2013, Isco signed with Real Madrid and in his first season, he scored 11 goals in 53 official games including his goal in the Champions League final, a 4–1 win over Atletico Madrid.

During the 2016–17 season, Isco also contributed to Real Madrid victory over La Liga title and in the Champions League final against Juventus, where they won by 4–1. On 8 August 2017, Isco scored a goal in the 2017 UEFA Super Cup against Manchester United and became victorious.
