Gustavo Cuellar is a professional footballer from Colombia who currently plays as the central midfielder for National Team of Colombia and Brazilian sports club, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. The 25-years-old footballer played for Deportivo Cali and Atlético Junior previously.

Gustavo Cuéllar began his career as a member of the Deportivo Cali U-19 team. On July 1, 2009, he was promoted to a senior team. For the club, he scored 2 goals in 118 appearances before leaving in 2015.

Cuellar was sent on loan to Colombian professional football team, Atlético Junior for 2014-015 season. Before ending his loan-season, he played 49 matches.

On January 28, 2016, Cuellar was transferred to Flamengo with the transfer fee of €1.80 million. He scored his first goal for the team in a match against Santos in a 2-0 win.
