Daniel Farke is a German professional footballer turned football manager who currebtly is the head coach of the Premier League club Norwich City. During his playong stint, he played as forward for SV Steinhausen, TuS Paderborn-Neuhaus, SV Lippstadt, SV Wilhelmshaven, Bonner SC, and SV Meppen, retiring in 2008.

On 25 May 2017, Farke was hired as the new head coach of Championship club Norwich City, agreeing on a two-year contract. Farke completed his inaugural season in the Championship winning 15 games, drawing 15, and losing 16 – finishing 14th in the league table.

In next season saw Norwich promoted as Championship title winners with Rake also winning the Manager of the Month award for November. In March 2019, Farke signed a three-year extension contract, tying him to Norwich City until June 2022.

On 21 July 2021, Farke inked 3rd contract a new four-year deal with the club, keeping him at Carrow Road until July 2025.
