Bryan Mbeumo spent his youth career at CO Avallonais (2005-11), FC Bourgoin Jallieu (2011-2012), CO Avallonais (2012-2013), and Troyes (2013-2016). 

From 2016-2018, Bryan Mbeumo played for Troyes reserve team. On 17th February 2018, Mbeumo made his senior debut for the club in a 1–0 Ligue 1 victory against FC Metz.
