Andres successfully represented the country in four World Cups, three Gold Cups and two Copa America tournaments and many other national-international cups.
Andres Guardado was born on 28 September in 1986 as Jose Andres Guardado Hernandez in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He was keenly interested in the football since he was a child. Growing in the Jalisco, he joined Atlas Club in August 2005. After some months he was invited to the state side of Mexico for his first international match in opposition to Hungary.
Guardado first went to the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany at the age of 20 where he played for the country in a triumph over Pachuca. After that, he got a chance to play with the senior team until 2007 and then and later played for Deportivo La Coruna. Again he invited for the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa where he played until the team was sent out from the last 16.

He had just completed his 4 games, again he moved on loan to the Netherlands where he got a chance to play for PSV Eindhoven and PSV changed his deal to permanent after complition of his loan season.
Currently, it was announced that he has penned a three-year contract with Spanish Club Real Betis.
Andres successfully established himself on the international stage and spread his talent all over the world. He first played against the United States assisting it to turn towards Mexican's favor ending the game with a 0-2 win. After that, in a friendly with Venezuela, he scored his first international goal on 28 February 2007.
In 2010 World Cup, South Africa, Andres played and ended 1-1 draw against the host country. On 12 June 2011, Guardado proved his talent internationally by scoring two goals in a 4-1 win over Costa Rica in the 2011 Gold Cup.
Guardado made his 100th appearance for Mexico in a match with Nigeria. Again, he was selected by Miguel Herra for the 2014 World Cup held in Brazil.
He has won multiple trophies and was awarded the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 2011 and 2015 both. He has already appeared for Mexican national team for 144 times and has scored 25 goals in his overall matches.
Finally, Andres made it to the final 23-men's list for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. So far he has been an exceptional player for 2018 WC Russia. He played against Germany for 74 minutes and helped them defeat the former world champion with 1-0 lead.
