Aditi Ashok is an Indian professional golfer who competes on the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour. Most notably, she took part in the 2016 Summer Olympics. 

Banglore, Indian native, Aditi Ashok was born on 29th March 1998, under the star sign Aries. She is the daughter of  Pandit Gudlamani Ashok and Mash Ashok She holds an Indian nationality and is of Asian ethnic background. The twenty-three years old stands 1.73 m (5 ft 8 in) tall.

Early Years 

She began golfing at the age of six. t the time, there was only three golf course in Banglore. After she expressed her keen interest in golf, her father,  Ashok Gudlamani, who is now her caddie took her to the Karnataka Golf Association driving range.

She studied at The Frank Anthony Public School in Bangalore and graduated in 2016.

Professional Golf Career

In 2015, Ashok aged 17 won the Lalla Aicha Tour School, becoming the youngest and the first Indian to win the title. This victory earned her card for the Ladies European Tour for the 2016 season. 

In 2016, she won the 2016 Hero Women's Indian Open, scoring 3-under-par 213, becoming the first Indian to win a Ladies European Tour title. This made the front page of the country's largest newspaper, the Times of India and she was featured nationally on television.

Later two weeks, she picked up a second at the Qatar Ladies Open and finished the season second on the Order of Merit. That season, she was awarded the Rookie of the Year award as well as an LPGA Tour card for 2017 via the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament.

In 2018, she finished eighth in the Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year standings. The following season, she made 17 cuts at 24 events, with two top-10 finishes. Further, she scored a career-best T6 result at the Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic and tied her career-low score of 64 at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship.

In 2019, Ashok made 13 cut out of 22 LPGA Tour events, with the best season finish of T13 at CP Women's Open. She concluded the season with back-to-back second-place finishes on the Ladies' European Tour.
