Syrian footballer Youssef Kalfa currently plays for Al-Nasr and the Syrian national football team as an attacking midfielder and Winger.

Early Life

Youssef Kalfa was born on 14th of May 1993, in Hama, Syria. Talking about his nationality, he is Syrian Syrian and belongs to the Levantine Semitic ethnicity.  

Club Career

Youssef Kalfa began his club career, playing for Syrian football club Taliya which is based in Hama, Syria. However, he didn’t make an appearance for the club. Further, he signed to Al-Jaish, a football club based in Damascus, Syria, which plays in the Abbasiyyin Stadium.

After playing two years with Al-Jaish, he switched to Al-Nasr in 2017. For the club, he appeared in seven leagues and scored a single goal.

International Career

Youssef Kalfa has played in Syria U-23. In 2016, he was called to join the national team of Syria. On 27th August 2016, he made his senior international debut in a friendly match against Tajikistan, as a substitute to Hamid Mido in the 56th minute.
