Ren Hang was born on February 23, 1989, in Shenyang, Liaoning. He was born in a Chinese family and spent a long part of his life in China. Ren Hang holds a Chinese nationality.
Ren Hang began his youth career with Changsha Ginde in 2004. Later, he made his senior debut from the club in 2007 against Shanghai Shenhua.
