She compiled a record of 6-1, before being signed by an Ultimate Fighting Championship.
On 8th April 2017, Pearl Gonzalez made her promotional debut at UFC 210 against Cynthia Calvillo. She lost the fight via rear-naked choke in round three.
She next faced Poliana Bothrlho at UFC 216, on 7th October 2017. She lost the fight via unanimous decision in the 3rd round.
Following her 2 losses at UFC, she was released.

On 24th March 2018, Gonzalez made her promotional debut at Invicta FC 28: Mizuki vs. Jandiroba against Kali Robbins. She kissed the victory in her debut fight via unanimous decision in the third round.
She defeated Barbara Acioly on May 4, 2018, at Invicta FC 29. Next, she won against Daiane Firmino at Invicta FC 31: Jandiroba vs. Morandin, on 1st September 2018.
Recently on 15th February 2019, Gonzalez competed for the vacant Invicta FC Flyweight Championship at Invicta FC 34: Porto vs. Gonzalez against Vanessa Porto. However, Porto could not continue after an accidental eye poke in round 4 and Porto won the vacant Invicta FC Flyweight.
