 The midfielder joined the senior team of Polonia Warsaw and made his debut for the team against Ruch Chorzow on  13 November 2010.

He was a prominent midfielder and attracted several German  Bundesliga clubs like Schalke and Hannover 96 and Serie A Clubs.

After his time with Polish club, he signed with Italian Serie A club, UC  Sampdoria on July 9, 2013. He made his debut for Italian side against Cagliari and scored his first goal for Sampdoria against Napoli on 11 May 2014.

Pawel Wszolek was loaned to Italian Serie A club, Hellas Verona during 2015/16 season and was moved permanently to Verona on 1 July 2016 worth around $ 1.73 million.

He moved to English second tier club, Queen Park Rangers on a loan deal on 31 August 2016 from Verona. The polish international made his debut for Rangers against Newcastle United and scored his first goal for the English team against Reading on 15 October 2016.
