Fatukasi wasn't picked in the 2022 NFL Draft, but he joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent. He successfully made the 53-man roster after training camp and played in 13 games, mostly handling special teams duties.

The Buccaneers waived him in December 2022, leading to stints on the practice squads of the Denver Broncos and the New England Patriots. In January 2023, he signed a reserve/future contract with the Patriots but was waived by them in August 2023. 

After a brief period with the Kansas City Chiefs, who released him a week later, he eventually landed with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams initially signed him to their practice squad in September 2023 and later promoted him to the active roster in November 2023.
