On 1st of September 2014, Chalobah signed a contract with Burnley on loan. He made his team debut against West Bromwich Albion as a first-half substitute on 28th September. Two days later, he suffered an injury.
On 1st November, he made his last appearances against Arsenal in a 3-0 loss.
On 22nd January 2015, Chalobah was loaned to Reading for the remainder of the season. There, he debuted in an FA Cup match against Cardiff City on 24th January. 3 days later, he made his league debut against Millwall.
Chalobah played 2015-16 season for Napoli, appearing in 5 leagues matches.
In summer of 2016, he returned to Chelsea. He made his first-team debut on 20th September, in a 4-2 win over Leicester City.
On 13th July 2017, Chalobah signed a 5-year contract for Premier League club Watford for an undisclosed worth.
Chalobah was a part of England U-16, U-17, U-19, U-20, and U-21 national team. Going deep, he was a member of England U-17 national team who won the "2010 UEFA European U-17 Championship" as a captain of the team.
He is also eligible to play for his birth nation Sierra Leone, despite, he choose to play for England national team.
