U.S. women's national soccer team players Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger were recently overjoyed by the birth of their Sloane Phillips. The couple announced that they would adopt baby Sloane last week. The two Soccer stars were not included in the National team roster for the SheBelieves Cup. However, their teammate Megan Rapinoe didn't forget to congratulate them with a celebration.
The USWNT faced Brazil in the second of a four-team event on Thursday night in Orlando, Florida. Rapinoe scored a last-minute goal with a volley to give the US team a 2-0 lead. During the celebration, she ran toward a FS1 camera and gave a shout-out to Harris and Krieger's baby Sloane, and blew a kiss. The US team won the match by 2-0.

In the first game of the SheBelieves Cup against Canada, the US forward had a short talk with Harris where she and her daughter Sloane wished The pink-haired forward good luck which Harris later posted on her Instagram story captioning, "Pregame pep talks with my Auntie P."
Krieger and Harris are longtime US National team players but have been left out of the squad recently. They were married in 2019.
