Popular as Farce Footballer or Fake Footballer, Carlos was one of the most famous Brazilian players in  1980s and 1990s but never kicked the ball in his 26 years professional career. He managed to hide his limited talent faking the injury and often changing club.

Born as Carlos Henrique Raposo, Kaiser was a football's greatest conman. Currently, aged 55, he lived his life in peak. From fixer to gigolo to party planner to gangster’s pet, he was everything in his ability. Kaiser never ever kicked the ball despite his career linked with Brazil's biggest clubs as well as several other abroad clubs.

Kaiser says:

"I wanted to be among the other players. I just didn’t want to play. It’s everybody else’s problem if they want me to be a footballer. Not even Jesus pleased everybody. Why would I?"

He first used to get close to the famous figures of the club to boost his CV to the club's management. He was so good at making friends that he would charm everyone with his pleasing talks.

His former teammate, Bebeto recalled the memories and said:

"His chat was so good that if you let him open his mouth, that would be it. He’d charm you. You couldn’t avoid it. That would be it."

Kaiser would even befriend journalists that they would write the fake news praising him. He would bribe them, setting them the interviews with popular players of the team and also providing their t-shirts. He knew to sell himself better than Steve Jobs flogged the Apple products.

A British company has bought the rights to feature his story in a documentary called Catch Me If You Can', Kaiser: The Greatest Footballer to Never Play Football. The documentary also includes the interviews of some former football stars like Carlos Alberto, Zico, Júnior, Bebeto and Renato Gaúcho.
